As a non-executive director and chairman his expertise lies in corporate strategy, culture, capital management and a strong focus on risk and governance. He has held a number of directorships and senior positions with ASX listed development companies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Chartered Accountant (South Africa) qualification.

Mark Jewell BCom CA (SA), GAICD
Mark was appointed to the Board on 28 November 2013. With over 30 years’ experience Mark is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected property industry directors and over his career has held a number of senior executive positions and directorships in listed Australian property companies. His experience as an executive covers the full breadth of property development from land subdivisions to large scale iconic apartment buildings and shopping centres.
David Rennick BEc, LLB
David was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2014. David is an independent director and senior Melbourne based lawyer with nearly three decades experience in the property industry, having acted for leading developers and institutions as principal legal advisor and on property and business strategy. His area of practice in property includes master planned community projects, property development, corporate real estate, institutional property and retail centre developments and leasing.
He is currently a Partner and Head of Australia, for international law firm Pinsent Masons. Prior to that role, he was a property partner and then CEO of national law firm Maddocks where he was responsible for leadership, client and people strategies and management.
Donna Hardman MBA, BCom, GAICD, FAMI
Donna was appointed to the Board on 17 February 2016. Donna brings a broad skill set and strategic acumen which has been gained through 25 years in senior executive and director level roles, particularly within the international financial services sector.
Donna has a strong human capital focus and risk management mindset and her professional experience includes both senior executive and consultancy roles as a business and IT strategist. Today in both Non-Executive Director and Principal Consultant roles, Donna helps organisations to meet some of today’s most complex challenges, leading organisational change, business transformation and digital disruption.
Donna has strong professional, government and community links and well-established networks in relevant sectors and industry groups. She consults on enhancing board performance and building businesses that are both disruptive and commercially compelling. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Merit) from UNSW, a Masters of Business Administration from the MGSM, is a fellow of the Australasian Mutuals Institute and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lisa MacCallum BA, B.com, CA
Lisa was appointed to the Board on 15 August 2018. Lisa is founder of Inspired Companies, a brand strategy and purposeful business focused enterprise. She began her professional life in Accounting, Finance and Consulting with KPMG in Australia and the USA. Lisa enjoyed a long career at NIKE Inc (2001-2014) based in the USA, serving on the executive leadership team in commercial and brand strategy roles and as Vice President of NIKE’s Corporate Philanthropy and Global Community Investments.
Prior to joining NIKE, Lisa co-founded a Tokyo-based multi-media and executive education company, Business Breakthrough, Inc. Lisa is a Board Committee member of British Telecom PLC and Special Advisor to British Telecom’s global “Purposeful business” strategy. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Advisory Board member; Founding Chair of the World Sporting Goods Industry’s Physical Activity Committee; and non-executive director of Bond University Limited.
Craig Treasure BASc (Surveying) (QUT), FDIA
Craig was appointed to the Board on 17 February 2012 and as CEO and Managing Director on 5 October 2012. Craig has more than 30 years’ experience in property development, specifically in the residential land and housing sectors along the eastern seaboard of Australia. As a licensed surveyor and licenced property developer Craig has previously held a number of senior executive roles and directorships within the property industry. His experience is both as a business proprietor and at an executive level with publicly listed entities.
As Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Craig has been responsible for guiding the Company’s growth over recent years. In leading an integrated property company Craig displays strong skills in managing challenging projects with a strong focus on the customers, people and culture of the Company. In 2016 Craig completed a high performance leadership program with Oxford University. Craig holds a Bachelor of Applied Surveying and is also a Licensed Surveyor and a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Craig Treasure BASc (Surveying) (QUT), FDIA
Craig was appointed to the Board on 17 February 2012 and as CEO and Managing Director on 5 October 2012.

Lorelei joined Villa World in 2012 and has most recently been in the role of Financial Controller. She brings over 10 years of chartered accounting experience to her new role as Chief Financial Officer.
Lorelei held previous positions in Tax and Accounting as well as Advisory Manager at KPMG, before transitioning across to Commerce.
She was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 18 April 2018.
Michael joined Villa World in 2007 and is an experienced property executive with a legal background.
Having worked as a lawyer and then moving into development financing roles prior to joining Villa World, he developed an in-depth understanding of residential property development. At Villa World he has previously held the roles of Development Manager, National Acquisitions Manager, Queensland State Manager and now he is the Chief Operating Officer, where he will oversee operations in all states.
Robyn joined Villa World after working for Sunland Group where she developed, directed and managed the national and international sales strategies.
Robyn has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her experience includes working as an independent real-estate agent, project marketing and corporate management for property developers in domestic and international markets.
Brad joined the Villa World team as General Counsel in October 2012. Brad's legal career spans almost 30 years, much of which was spent in private practice specialising in property law.
He was a senior partner of a leading Queensland property firm, where he advised domestic and international developers on major acquisitions and disposals, master-planned residential communities and mixed-use projects.
Leanne is the Organisational Development Manager for Villa World, responsible for the Human Resource functions, with more than 18 years’ experience within the property development and real estate industries.
Leanne has additional expertise in IT and business systems management having overseen these areas of corporate services for over 15 years.
Leanne’s role as the Organisational Development Manager is to act as liaison and advisor to the leadership team, as well as facilitate the development and integration of human resource and technology capabilities, to assist in delivering strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Peter has over 35 years experience in residential housing, having held senior construction management positions with some of Australia’s leading builders and developers. Additionally, Peter holds tertiary and industry qualifications in construction, work health and safety, enterprise development, and is a registered building practitioner in Qld, NSW and Vic.
Peter holds board/committee and advisory positions with the HIA (QLD) Technical & Legal Committee, is a member of the HIA National Technical Committee, a member of the HIA (QLD) Regional Executive and is a Director of the North Sydney Leagues Club.
Peter prides himself on delivering exceptional outcomes across procurement, project delivery and customer service.
John has over 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate and Development industry along the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.
As a Registered Valuer he ran his own successful Real Estate Valuing practice for a number of years before moving on to hold a number of senior positions as both Manager and Director with CBRE and Colliers. He also successfully restabilised the Knight Frank office and brand on the Gold Coast.
Dr Andrew Ashwood
Andrew brings to his role as Victorian State Manager, a wealth of experience in development management and project engineering, both in Villa World itself and at companies such as Amex Corporation and BMD Group.
Throughout his career, he has regularly had thousands of development lots under his control and has been responsible for the bottom line on projects from Victoria to Queensland. At Villa World, Andrew has previously held senior positions as Development Manager and Manager of Joint Ventures & Alternative Capital. Today as Victorian State Manager, he is ultimately responsible for leading an experienced development team and the successful delivery of projects statewide.
Nicholas has over 35 years’ experience in construction and estate management, having previously worked in the UK where he held senior positions in both the public and private sector responsible for product delivery and customer service.
He joined Villa World in 2010 and has held various senior key roles in operational management. With a passion for delivering customer service excellence and being highly attuned to customer needs, he is responsible for the delivery of Villa World’s integrated customer excellence program.
Duncan is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's HSE Management System.
He works hand in hand with senior management to ensure the company, its staff and its key stakeholders deliver on its HSE policy to provide a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly work environment for all persons associated with Villa World's folio of projects nationwide.
His extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, at organisations including Devine Limited, Lendlease and the Department of Industrial Relations, ensures that Villa World has a multi-faceted approach to the management of its health, safety and environment policy in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
