Seabright sets a rapid pace for sellout

THE final stage of Villa World’s Seabright community at Jacobs Well has sold out a little more than a year since it was officially launched to the market.

The $50 million project featuring a collection of modern homes has been snapped up by a broad range of buyers eager to share in the relaxed bayside living on the Gold Coast’s far northern fringe.

The strong buyer uptake of the 107 lots on offer has positioned Seabright as one of Villa World’s fastest selling projects. 

Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said there was a significant surge in sales momentum in recent months prompting the fast-tracking of the fourth and final stage of the project in June.

“Since Seabright was officially launched to the market in early 2016, it has been very well received by buyers,” Mr Johnson said. 

“The final stage sold particularly quickly with many of the buyers jumping onto the opportunity after stumbling onto Jacobs Well for the first time on a weekend drive.

“This year, we had to bring forward both the third and fourth stages to meet demand for Seabright homes. Affordable new homes in Jacobs Well are very rare indeed.

“The location and the product combined were a winning combination.

“Seabright may be strategically located on the doorstep of the motorway but it’s also tucked away in a quaint waterside locale, and this has clearly resonated with the market.”

Mr Johnson said the Jacobs Well project has been popular with first home buyers and families seeking a quality home in a tranquil setting. 

“The project’s coastal vibe and proximity to major transport infrastructure played a vital role in the successful sell out of this development.”

Villa World remains focused on the Gold Coast market with the launch earlier this year of Arundel Springs, which offers one of the last premium land opportunities in a central Gold Coast location.

The $300 million masterplanned community will ultimately comprise 386 dwellings, including 306 housing lots. It is designed with lifestyle in mind by offering interactive park spaces, walking trails and bike paths.

The prestige Arundel Springs home sites are being offered in a range of sizes and are now selling from $327,000.
