Cameron Holt

Chief Executive Officer

Cameron leads the overall strategic direction and operations of the combined AVID and Villa World business. Cameron has more than 20 years’ experience in private sector and government roles. His experience across all property sectors includes joint venture projects and large-scale housing companies. Cameron holds a Master of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma of Land Economics, Bachelor of Town Planning and holds Real Estate Agent licences in multiple jurisdictions.

Bruce Harper

General Manager Queensland

Bruce oversees all projects in Queensland. He has a more than 30 years’ experience working in property development, holding CEO and senior executive roles in both the public and private sectors. Bruce holds Planning and Company Director qualifications and has been a member of industry groups including the UDIA, HIA and PIA, in addition to serving on a range of Government and industry advisory boards and committees. Bruce is also the current President of PCA Queensland.

Colette O’Reilly

General Manager Human Resources

Colette’s focus is on creating people practices that support and drive high performance and engagement for the business. Colette has over ten years’ experience in HR, holds a Professional Diploma in HR Management from Deakin University and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner.

Danny Boubli

Project Director Apartments

Danny manages the business’ apartment developments across the country. He has more than 30 years’ experience in urban development working on all sides and stages of residential land and apartment projects for Mirvac, Leighton Properties, Aust-Equity Properties and Alchemy Developments. Danny holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours and has qualifications in project management and building. He has also been a member of the Urban Taskforce and committee member of the UDIA.

Duncan Corness

General Manager WHSE

Duncan is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Management System. Duncan has more than 20 years’ experience in WHS, working across a variety of industry’s – both public and private – including construction, development, residential, retail, retirement living and aged care. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in OHS, and was recently the Chair of the Queensland Home Builders Safety Committee and a member of the MBAQ Safety Committee.

Duncan Peacocke

Chief Financial Officer (AVID)

Duncan is responsible for the financial management of AVID Property Group. With more than 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, Duncan has held senior financial positions across a wide range of sectors including Investa Property Group, Vodafone (AU) and TRW Steering & Suspension. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Economics, an MBA from Macquarie University and is CPA Australia qualified.

Kate Grady

Acting General Counsel (Villa World)

Kate is responsible for the legal and company secretarial functions of Villa World. With more than 10 years’ experience in property law, Kate has experience across acquisitions, real estate, litigation and development. Kate holds a law degree from Queensland University of Technology and has previously been an Associate to a Supreme Court Judge. Kate is also actively involved in not-for-profit work, having been the President of 100%hOPE for the past seven years.

Leanne Morgan

Organisational Development Manager

Leanne has more than 20 years’ experience within the property development, real estate and IT industries. Leanne’s role as General Manager Organisational Development and Transformation is to lead and facilitate the development and integration of people, process and technology capabilities, to assist in delivering strategic operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Linda Walsh

General Manager Marketing & Sales (AVID)

Linda drives the strategic and operational sales as well as the marketing and customer direction for the business nationally. Linda has more than 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the property industry. Linda is a member of the PCA, UDIA, AMI and CSIA and serves on the UDIA’s Diversity & Inclusion committee, PCA’s Residential Development Council and AMI NSW committee. Linda holds a Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Master of Marketing, Master of Business, a NSW Real Estate Agents licence and is a AMAMI CPM.

Nathan Huon

Project Director New South Wales

Nathan manages the business’ projects in New South Wales. He has more than 25 years’ experience delivering a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining the company, Nathan was Senior Project Manager at Cardno, where he worked on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. Nathan holds an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Building (Construction Economics) and a Masters in Property Development.

Nicole Bannerman

Group General Counsel (AVID)

Nicole is responsible for the legal and company secretarial functions of AVID Property Group. With more than 20 years’ as a corporate and real estate lawyer, Nicole has extensive experience in acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate. Nicole has a Master of Law degree from the University of Sydney. Nicole is presently ranked in the top 100 General Counsel in Australia and NZ and is a member of PCA and a Planning Committee member of UDIA NSW.

Peter Vlitas

General Manager Victoria

Peter manages the business’ projects throughout Victoria. He has extensive experience in land development, residential, medium density and detached housing management across the full development life cycle. Peter has held senior positions in a number of prominent Australian private and government housing and development companies. Peter holds a Bachelor in Surveying (Honours), is a Post Graduate of the Mt Eliza Business School Leadership Development Program and was a Board member and Past President of UDIA Victoria.

Peter Wood

General Manager Housing

Peter has more than 35 years’ experience in residential housing, having held senior construction management positions with some of Australia’s leading builders and developers. Additionally, Peter holds tertiary and industry qualifications in construction, work health and safety, enterprise development, and is a registered building practitioner in QLD, NSW and VIC as well as being a “Chartered Building Professional”.

Peter currently holds the role of Vice President HIA (QLD) and is a member of the HIA (QLD) Executive committee. Similarly he is the immediate past chairperson of HIA (QLD) Technical and Legal Committee and a member of the HIA (National) Technical Committee, a position he held for 8 years. Peter has been a member of the HIA National Membership Committee. Peter is also a member of the Australian Institute of Building (MIAB).

Spiro Prevezanos

General Manager Capital Transactions

Spiro manages acquisitions for the company’s national portfolio. With more than 18 years’ experience working across all aspects of business development, Spiro brings a solid understanding of major Australian markets and previously led business development activities for Crown Group and Stockland. His work has included the acquisition and disposal of major mixed use, high density residential sites, commercial assets and masterplanned residential community projects. He is a Qualified Real Estate Valuer and an associate member of the Australian Property Institute.
