Arundel Springs’ stellar sales run

NATIONAL residential developer Villa World has taken advantage of land shortages and high demand for housing on the central Gold Coast with the quick sell-out of two stages in its $300 million Arundel Springs project.

Since their release last year, Villa World has sold a total of 146 lots and are closing in on sell-out across the first three stages. The project features 306 land lots across six stages.

Stage four construction was fast tracked to meet buyer demand, and this is selling fast.

Kevin Morse, Development Manager, said the quality of lifestyle at Arundel Springs has been a stand-out for buyers.

“Opportunities to purchase premium land on the central Gold Coast are few and far between, and this has led to sales rates which have been quite unbelievable,” he said.

“To see buyers snapping up land so quickly in the first three stages shows us how well developed and located Arundel Springs is.

“The construction of Stage five which comprises 74 lots, has been brought forward and there is a growing waitlist because of the larger more conventional size of the lots.”

Villa World worked alongside Gold Coast City Council to restore the neglected Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area. This is now nearing completion and will be made available to Arundel Springs residents as well as the general public.

“Arundel Springs has embraced the restoration of the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, with walkways, bike tracks and viewing decks designed to take full advantage of the natural wetlands backdrop.

“There is a new park on the horizon in stage five for Arundel Springs, and construction is underway for 87 townhomes on stages seven through to eleven,” Mr Morse said.

Land packages range from 300 square metres to 811 square metres from $325,000, and are ready to build on.

Arundel Springs is located just 500 metres from the Parkwood light rail station and only minutes to the M1.

Land buyers at Arundel Springs are also able to appoint their own house builder, with a range of high-profile quality builders already taking an interest in the new community.

The Arundel Springs sales display suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm on Greenacre Drive, Arundel.
